Meals
Meals that follow your loved one's care plan
Breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared at home, following the instructions from their doctor or dietitian.
How I help with meals
I follow the plan, I do not change it
Your plan comes first
You, or your loved one's doctor or dietitian, tell me which foods to include or avoid, the portions and the mealtimes.
I prepare it as written
I cook, heat and serve the meals following those instructions, and I adapt them to your loved one's tastes.
No medical advice
I am not a dietitian, and I do not create or change diets. If something does not look right, I let the family know so they can call the doctor.
